Feature Film «Syrup» Mixed at BAM!

BAM Studios Sound Mixer Philip von During recently finished work on feature film «Syrup«.  Philip was responsible for the final surround sound mix as well as music editing and additional sound design.  The film is an adaptation of the Max Barry novel and is directed by Aram Rappaport and produced by Windward Entertainment.   The story follows Scat, played by Shiloh Fernandez, as a hacker trying to hatch a million dollar idea while figuring out who he can trust. The film also stars Brittany Snow and Amber Heard, of «The Rum Diary» as Scat’s love interest, 6.  Amber had come into BAM last year to record ADR for the film.  «Syrup» was recently released in Russia on November 29th and is due to be released in the U.S in early 2013.
