BAM Bites Back with “The Dog Who Stopped the War”!

Actress Sandra Oh visited BAM to record voiceover for the new animated feature film “The Dog Who Stopped the War”!  Based on a 1984 live-action film of the same name, “The Dog Who Stopped the War” is a family film about a group of children who find themselves embroiled in an epic snowball fight.  The remake of the movie will be a re-imagining of the story told through 3D animation, and will be produced by Canadian company Carpe Diem Films.  Ms. Oh came to BAM to record English voiceover for the character of Frankie, one of the smartest warriors in the snowball fight, in a session engineered by Philip von During.  Sandra Oh is a Golden Globe-winning actress who is best known for her role as Dr. Cristina Yang in the TV show “Grey’s Anatomy.”  She is also known for her appearances in films such as “Sideways,” “Tammy,” “Big Fat Liar,” “For Your Consideration,” and “Under the Tuscan Sun.”  “The Dog Who Stopped the War” will premiere at a to-be-determined date.
