BAM Studios is honored to have recorded Joan Cusack’s performance as Jessie for Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, arriving exclusively in theaters on June 19.
Since her unforgettable debut in Toy Story 2, Jessie has held a special place in our history. BAM founder Brian Reed first worked with Joan Cusack during the early years of the character, and over the decades that relationship continued through BAM as our team had the privilege of working with Joan across a wide range of Disney and Pixar projects, including films, shorts, games, commercials, theme parks, and more. Now, it’s time for Jessie to tell her story, and it was a privilege to welcome Joan back into the studio as she takes center stage in Toy Story 5.
We can’t wait to hear Joan’s performance alongside the rest of the incredible cast, including returning legends like Tom Hanks (Woody), Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear), Annie Potts (Bo Peep), Tony Hale (Forky), and Keanu Reeves (Duke Caboom), as well as amazing new additions such as Bad Bunny, Greta Lee, Conan O’Brien, and Craig Robinson!
