The Fabulous Justina Machado came to BAM to record ADR!
Justina Machado is a Chicago-born actress who has starred in The Purge: Anarchy, The Call, Final Destination 2, and even the hit Microsoft video game Gears of War 4. She’s altered from her portrayal in the drama series ER to a new comedic turn in the CW dramedy “Jane the Virgin“. Our audio engineer Dave Leffel, as seen in the picture above, recorded Justina’s ADR lines for this show! She plays the role of Darci Factor, a straightforward matchmaking company owner.
“Jane the Virgin” follows Jane, a young Latina waitress, learns that she was artificially inseminated by accident! The show has critical acclaim on Rotten Tomatoes and even won “TV Program of the Year” by American Film Institute. We’re so glad to have recorded ADR for this show with Justina!
