The BAM team recently helped produce radio spots and a four minute video promoting Parent Power Chicago! Parent Power Chicago is a local non-profit devoted to providing working parents the community resources they need to help their children get the best education possible. BAM recorded VO with actor Christian Payton, who is best known for his starring role as Paul in the film “The Temptations”. In addition, we were happy to have Noble and Associates President Dick Sanderson in the studio as the projects’ producer. BAM was filled to the brim with a dozen elementary school children and their families, who assisted in recording a group chant featured prominently in the spot and video. Before recording, everyone enjoyed drinks, chips, and sandwiches and before long….we had a full-blown party on our hands! (Of course, BAM’s traditional bowls of Skittles and M&M’s were a big hit with the kids.) We loved having the kids in the recording booth “playground”, and they certainly loved being in there with us! The session was recorded by Dave Leffel and Brian Reed, and was produced and mixed by Dave as well, with Sean Sbabori acting as assistant.
