March 29, 2019 brian

Writer and editor Tara Ebrahimi came by our studio recently to record a podcast for WBUR’s Modern Love. Part of The New York Times column, Modern Love explores the different ways individuals deal with love either on a romantic or familial level. The podcasts’ hosts are Meghna Chakrabarti (WBUR) and editor Daniel Jones (The New York Times). Each week, a story is shared by an individual and read by a public figure or celebrity person, and broadcast online.

This week, Tara Ebrahimi’s entry titled “Comfort, If Not A Cure” revolves around her experience as a caregiver caring for her brother who suffers from various mental illnesses. Actress Nazanin Boniadi (Hotel Mumbai) read the emotional entry now streaming.
